BANGKOK

Well, after a long 12 hr uncomfortable flight I have arrived in Bangkok.
Whilst waiting for my luggage, an auzzie guy asked me where I was going.Good question!
Now Landlord Kim I know u warned me-BUT-he was an auzzie,old enough to be my dad AND he had a backpack.So it was highly unlikely he couldve been a murderer!Saying that the taxi man looked a bit dodgy ahahahhaha.
So I shared a cab with him and headed to where he was going- backpacker land!
Dont ask me the name of the guy,or where I am...But there are lots of street venders,hostels,dogs,smelly things and hippies.And I look completely out of place!I need to go and kit myself out with some dirty baggy clobber and a few dreadlocks and Ill be fine.I look like paris hilton in la union market!
Ne ways I goes to the hotel(if thats what u can call it)what he is checking into.I asked to look at a single room....the shower is a pice of piping hanging above the toilet.To get a shower u obviously sit on the loo and squirt yourself.Now I know I said I was gonna slum it but this was a joke!There was'nt even a window in the room!
So I have checked into a decent hotel for tonight.Tomorrow I promise myself I WILL definately live like a traveller and slum it.I think I will head south down the coast where I think I should like it, because this place is MENTAL!
Maybe if I met someone it would be a bit easier.
So to ease the stress I have just had a 2hr thai massage for 4 euro!It was nice but she got a little bit rough at the end and I felt like I had done an hour at the gym!hahha
So now I am gonna take ANOTHER stroll around and see if I can meet some buddies!(nothing new there then!)
